Ensure Email Delivery

AOL, Comcast, Hotmail and various other email clients will frequently categorize any email message from an unknown address as unwanted commercial email, or SPAM. If you use a SPAM filter, please be sure to include FrameClub@nwframing.com AND framing@yourhome.nwframing.com as legitimate senders of email communication and add these to your address book.

AOL Users:

• When you receive your next FrameClub email, click the Add Address button (to the right of the message) to add to your "People I Know" list.
• A window will open that includes several contact or address fields. member@FrameClub@nwframing.com will already be filled in. If it's not, please enter member@FrameClub@nwframing.com directly. Even if the email you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.
• Click the Save button. Alternatively, you can just send an email to: member@FrameClub@nwframing.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
  To do this:
  

1. Open your latest FrameClub email.
2. Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
3. A new email window opens; member@FrameClub@nwframing.com should appear in the Send To box. If this is not the address in the Send To box, delete the address and replace it with member@FrameClub@nwframing.com. Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
