Member Rules FrameClub is for our individual, residential customers who have spent $300 or more in one store. Qualifying purchases cannot be combined between Frame Central and our sister stores. All membership benefits, offers and rewards are non-transferable. Frame Central FrameClub membership (also called platinum membership) is only available to those customers who complete the registration process online and provide a valid email address. New FrameClub platinum members receive a Welcome offer of 30% off any single item storewide. This generous reward is emailed to the customer within 48 hours of activating online and can be used on any future purchase/order. This email can only be printed and redeemed 1 time by the member. Violation of this rule will be carefully tracked and result in cancellation of their membership.

| Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent. 500 points equates to $500 in spending. For every 500 points earned, these customers will receive a Reward Card valued at $25. Members periodically receive an award update email letting them know how many points they have earned and how to get their Reward Card: print the email message and redeem the print out in-store for one $25 Reward Card per 500 points earned. This email will include the member’s name and can only be printed once and redeemed for one $25 Reward Card.
